We received a compliment from Mrs D of Chuckery in Walsall saying that the fact that the carers always turn up and on time is very important and gives her a sense of security.

We have received a compliment from Mrs R from Alumwell in Walsall saying that her mother is very content and hapy with the care she receives, she gets on well with all her carers and enjoys seeing all of them.  The family appreciate the care given to her mother and knows that if there are any problems that we will contact them immediately.
