Roger Bayliss has been Director of our company for nine years with a track record of directing and driving the business forward by developing plans and strategic aims/objectives that are fundamental to the core of our services and the monitoring, reviewing and implementation of policies and procedures ensuring that an excellent service is delivered maintained. Roger has experience and skills in servicing referrals, making sure that a person centred approach is adopted. This incorporates the principles of care identified and enables the individual needs of the Service User to be met.




Theresa Vickers holds a Registered Managers Award (RMA NVQ Level 4) with nine years financial and managerial experience within all aspects of domiciliary care. Theresa has been director for nine years working with Mr Bayliss to develop core values and principles whilst incorporating strategic aims and objectives to develop and sustain a service delivery that can produce flexible and responsive qiality services. Theresa is responsible for the financial operation of the company, liaising with financial consultants, Inland Revenue and Local Authority finance departments.




Lindsay Kolodziej has worked within domiciliary care for eight years, during which time has gained qualifications in business administration, computerised accounts, payroll, financial management, IT, Customer Services and Leadership and Management. Lindsay has extensive knowledge of overseeing and reconciling purchase orders and has administration experience and reconciliation of payments for services. Lindsay is also responsible for coordination and management of training and management of the training matrix for the company ensuring that all training is relevant to the post and that it is updated annually.




Elizabeth Green has been the Customer Services Advisor for just over a year and is responsible for all compliments, complaints and customer Satisfaction Surveys that are received on a monthly basis. Liz is the first point of call if anyone has a problem regarding the care they receive. Liz is trained to NVQ level 2 in Customer Services and has a background of many years working in the administration sector.




Estelle Perry has worked in domiciliary care for 3 years having experience of working in a care home. Estelle has NVQ 2 in Business Administration and Customer Services. Estelle is responsible for the employee timesheets that have to be confirmed on a weekly basis for wages and invoicing purposes; she also carries out general administration duties and records all absences and annual leave of all staff and reports to the Office Manager.

Our team leaders are qualified to NVQ/QCF level 3 or working towards level 3 in Health and Social Care. In addition to all mandatory training undertaken; Team Leaders have achieved Aspire to Inspire; Leadership and Management and Customer Service NVQ level 2/3. Competence, knowledge and qualifications have also been gained in Diabetes, Stroke, Parkinsons, Continence Care, Epilepsy, End of Life, Challenging Behaviour, Nutrition, Dementia, Report Writing, Adult Safeguarding, Equality and Diversity, Equal Opportunities, Falls and Learning Disabilities in addition to  other relevant training.





The role of the Team Leader is a pivotal function within service delivery. Team Leaders provide support, supervision and mentoring to workers within their individual designated teams, reporting directly back to the Care Manager. Team Leaders have a wide ranging and a culturally diverse working background to bring together a variety of complimentary skills and knowledge to support both staff and services delivered by the company.
